Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

Chungas World is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, fair, and enjoyable community for everyone.

These Community Rules and Code of Conduct apply to anyone participating in Chungas World activities, including our game servers, events, community spaces, and other platforms operated or managed by Chungas World.

By participating in the Chungas World community, you agree to follow these rules.

2. Respect Others

All members of the Chungas World community must treat others with respect.

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or bully other members.

• Target or repeatedly annoy another person.

• Deliberately provoke arguments or cause unnecessary disruption.

• Make personal attacks against other community members or staff.

• Encourage others to harass or target someone.

• Impersonate another member, staff member, or organisation.

3. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Chungas World does not tolerate discrimination or hateful behaviour.

You must not target people because of characteristics such as:

• Race or ethnicity.

• Nationality.

• Religion or belief.

• Disability.

• Sex or gender.

• Sexual orientation.

• Age.

• Any other protected or personal characteristic.

Slurs, hateful comments, discriminatory jokes, or attempts to encourage hatred or exclusion are not permitted.

4. Threats and Dangerous Behaviour

Threats of violence, encouragement of violence, or behaviour intended to make another person genuinely fear for their safety are not permitted.

Any serious threat may be treated as a matter requiring immediate action.

Chungas World may take action to protect members, staff, and the wider community where safety is a concern.

5. Appropriate Content

Content shared through Chungas World community spaces must be appropriate for the relevant platform and audience.

Do not share:

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.

• Extremely graphic or disturbing material.

• Content intended to shock, threaten, or seriously upset others.

• Illegal content.

• Malicious links or files.

• Personal information belonging to another person without permission.

6. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of other community members.

You must not:

• Share another person's private information without permission.

• Publish someone's address, telephone number, email address, or other private information without a legitimate reason and permission.

• Attempt to obtain another person's account information.

• Use information obtained through Chungas World systems to harass or target another person.

Chungas World will handle personal information in accordance with its Chungas World Data Collection & Privacy Policy.

7. Cheating, Exploiting and Unfair Advantages

Where applicable to Chungas World game servers, players must not:

• Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorised software.

• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

• Use unauthorised modifications that provide an unfair advantage.

• Deliberately interfere with another player's ability to play.

• Attempt to bypass server security or restrictions.

• Abuse unintended game mechanics after being instructed not to do so.

Players should report serious bugs or exploits to Chungas World staff rather than deliberately abusing them.

8. Restricted and Staff-Only Areas

Members must not enter, attempt to enter, or remain in areas that are clearly marked as restricted or staff-only unless they have been given permission by an authorised Chungas World staff member.

This includes areas marked with signs such as:

• Staff Only

• Private Access

• Keep Out

• Government Staff Only

• Authorised Personnel Only

• Restricted Area

• No Entry

• Staff Access Only

• Ride Area Keep Out

• Any other clearly marked restricted area

Members must not:

• Enter a restricted area without permission.

• Attempt to bypass barriers, doors, gates, or other restrictions.

• Follow another person into a restricted area without permission.

• Remain in a restricted area after being asked to leave.

• Help another member gain unauthorised access to a restricted area.

• Abuse glitches, bugs, or other methods to bypass restricted areas.

If you accidentally enter a restricted area, leave immediately and follow any instructions given by staff.

Unauthorised access to restricted areas may result in warnings, removal from the area, temporary restrictions, or suspension / ban from the server depending on the circumstances.

9. Spamming and Disruption

Do not deliberately disrupt Chungas World community spaces.

This includes:

• Excessive or repeated messages.

• Unwanted advertising.

• Repeatedly posting the same content.

• Deliberately disrupting events or activities.

• Abusing bots, forms, or other Chungas World systems.

• Attempting to overwhelm or interfere with community services.

10. Advertising and Promotion

Advertising, promotion, or solicitation may only take place where Chungas World has specifically allowed it.

Do not use Chungas World platforms to promote unrelated services, communities, servers, websites, or products without permission.

11. Impersonation and Fraud

You must not pretend to be:

• A Chungas World owner or staff member.

• Another community member.

• An official representative of another organisation.

You must not use deception to obtain access, privileges, personal information, or other benefits.

12. Staff and Moderation

Staff members are responsible for helping maintain a safe and enjoyable community.

Members must follow reasonable instructions given by Chungas World staff while participating in Chungas World activities.

You may disagree with a moderation decision, but disagreements must be handled respectfully.

Do not:

• Harass staff because of a moderation decision.

• Encourage others to target staff.

• Deliberately disrupt moderation.

• Attempt to manipulate or threaten staff into changing a decision.

If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, use the appropriate appeals process.

13. Reporting Problems

If you see behaviour that breaks these rules, you should report it to Chungas World staff through the appropriate reporting method.

Where possible, provide useful information such as:

• What happened.

• When it happened.

• Where it happened.

• The username or account involved.

• Screenshots, recordings, or other relevant evidence where appropriate.

Do not deliberately make false reports against other community members.

14. Enforcement

Chungas World may take action when these rules are broken.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include:

• A warning.

• Removal of content.

• Temporary restrictions.

• Removal from an event or activity.

• Temporary suspension or ban from the server.

• Permanent removal from Chungas World services or community spaces.

The action taken may depend on the seriousness, frequency, and circumstances of the behaviour.

Serious breaches may result in immediate restrictions without a prior warning.

15. Appeals

If you believe enforcement action against you was incorrect or unfair, you may use the Chungas World appeals process where one is available.

Appeals should be made respectfully and provide relevant information about the decision being challenged.

Repeatedly submitting abusive, misleading, or spam appeals may result in further restrictions.

16. Following the Rules

These rules are intended to protect the Chungas World community and help everyone enjoy participating.

Chungas World may update these rules when necessary.

By participating in Chungas World activities, you agree to follow the current version of these Community Rules and Code of Conduct.
