Coasters Park is operated as part of Chungas World and aims to provide a safe, enjoyable, and organised environment for visitors and players.
This Coasters Park Safety & Ride Operations Policy explains the rules visitors must follow when using rides, attractions, stations, queue areas, and other facilities within Coasters Park.
These rules are intended to protect visitors, staff, rides, and park infrastructure.
This policy should be read alongside the Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct, Game Server Rules Policy, Moderation & Enforcement Policy, Appeals Policy, Restricted Areas Policy, CCTV & Recording Policy, Staff Policy, and Infrastructure & Property Policy.
All visitors to Coasters Park must follow the instructions of authorised Coasters Park staff and the rules displayed throughout the park.
Staff instructions may be given for reasons including:
Ride safety.
Crowd management.
Ride operation.
Maintenance.
Emergencies.
Restricted-area access.
Protection of park infrastructure.
Other legitimate park operations.
Failure to follow reasonable staff instructions may result in removal from the park or further enforcement under Chungas World policies.
Visitors use Coasters Park attractions at their own risk and are responsible for following all applicable park rules and staff instructions.
Some attractions may contain unusual ride layouts, sections without continuous track, or other features that require visitors to follow specific instructions.
Visitors must not deliberately alter, move, disconnect, derail, or otherwise interfere with a ride vehicle or attraction.
Any damage, disruption, or incident caused by deliberate interference with a ride may result in enforcement action.
Visitors must remain in designated waiting areas until they are permitted to proceed.
Visitors must not:
Jump over safety gates.
Climb over fences or barriers.
Enter loading areas without permission.
Enter ride areas before being instructed to do so.
Bypass queue barriers.
Enter restricted station areas.
Visitors who deliberately bypass station restrictions may be removed from the park and may receive further enforcement.
Ride tracks, maintenance areas, operating areas, staff areas, and other restricted attraction areas are not available for general visitor access.
Areas marked with signs such as:
Ride Area Keep Out.
Staff Only.
Keep Out.
No Entry.
Restricted Area.
Authorised Personnel Only.
Staff Access Only.
must not be entered without appropriate authorisation.
The Chungas World Restricted Areas Policy also applies to Coasters Park.
Visitors must not interfere with the normal operation of any ride or attraction.
This includes:
Manually moving ride vehicles.
Attempting to disconnect ride vehicles.
Tampering with ride vehicles.
Interfering with ride controls.
Attempting to stop or alter a ride.
Using glitches or unintended game mechanics to interfere with a ride.
Entering operational areas without permission.
Deliberately obstructing ride operations.
Serious or deliberate interference may result in immediate removal and further enforcement, including a temporary or permanent ban from Chungas World where appropriate.
Visitors must remain in their designated ride vehicle and follow any instructions provided by Coasters Park staff.
Visitors must not deliberately:
Exit a ride vehicle while the ride is operating.
Move between ride vehicles.
Attempt to alter the position of a ride vehicle.
Tamper with ride equipment.
Attempt to derail or disconnect a ride vehicle.
Use exploits to change the behaviour of a ride.
If a ride stops unexpectedly, visitors should remain in their ride vehicle unless instructed otherwise by authorised Coasters Park staff.
Visitors must not attempt to leave the ride or enter restricted areas without permission.
Visitors should wait for instructions from authorised staff and follow those instructions when provided.
During an emergency or suspected emergency, visitors must follow instructions from authorised Coasters Park staff.
Staff may temporarily close rides, restrict access, evacuate areas, or prevent visitors from entering particular locations.
Visitors must not interfere with emergency procedures or deliberately obstruct staff attempting to manage an incident.
Visitors must remain within designated queue areas and follow the park's queue system.
Visitors must not:
Jump barriers.
Enter restricted sections of queues.
Deliberately block entrances or exits.
Push or interfere with other visitors.
Attempt to bypass the queue system through restricted areas.
Visitors are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout Coasters Park.
Behaviour that threatens the safety, enjoyment, operation, or infrastructure of the park is prohibited.
This includes:
Harassment.
Bullying.
Deliberate disruption.
Damage to park infrastructure.
Interference with rides.
Unauthorised access to restricted areas.
Ignoring reasonable staff instructions.
Deliberately disrupting other visitors' experiences.
Visitors must not deliberately damage, remove, move, modify, or interfere with Coasters Park infrastructure.
This includes:
Ride equipment.
Ride vehicles.
Tracks.
Barriers.
Gates.
Signs.
Buildings.
Queue structures.
CCTV equipment.
Other park property.
Unauthorised interference may result in enforcement under the Chungas World Infrastructure & Property Policy.
Coasters Park may contain Chungas World CCTV cameras.
The CCTV system does not automatically record or store footage.
Authorised members of the Chungas World Admin Team may manually record CCTV views where reasonably necessary for an appropriate Chungas World purpose.
CCTV and recordings are handled in accordance with the Chungas World CCTV & Recording Policy.
Authorised Coasters Park staff and Chungas World Admin Team members may give reasonable instructions relating to park operations and visitor safety.
Visitors must follow reasonable instructions given by authorised staff.
Staff must use their authority responsibly and in accordance with the Chungas World Staff Policy.
Coasters Park may temporarily close a ride or attraction for reasons including:
Maintenance.
Technical problems.
Ride testing.
Park redevelopment.
Security concerns.
Operational requirements.
Other circumstances determined by the Coasters Park team or Chungas World Admin Team.
Visitors must not attempt to access or operate a closed attraction.
Visitors must not attempt to access a ride, attraction, station, maintenance area, or other restricted location when it is closed or restricted.
Attempting to bypass a closure or restriction may result in immediate removal from Coasters Park and further enforcement.
Visitors are encouraged to report problems with rides, attractions, barriers, signs, or other park facilities to the Coasters Park team or Chungas World Admin Team.
Reports may include:
Ride problems.
Broken barriers.
Incorrect signs.
Unauthorised access.
Glitches or exploits.
Safety concerns.
Other issues affecting the park.
Visitors should report problems rather than attempting to fix, bypass, or interfere with the affected equipment themselves.
Failure to follow this policy may result in enforcement action.
Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include:
A warning.
Instruction to leave an area.
Removal from a ride.
Removal from Coasters Park.
Temporary restriction.
Kick from the server.
Temporary suspension or ban.
Permanent ban.
Serious or deliberate conduct may result in immediate enforcement without a prior warning.
Where enforcement action is taken under this policy, the affected member may use the Chungas World Appeals Policy where an appeal is available.

The Coasters Park team and Chungas World Admin Team may update, change, introduce, or remove park rules when necessary.
Temporary rules may also be introduced for particular rides, events, attractions, or circumstances.
Visitors are responsible for following the current rules while using Coasters Park.
