Chungas World aims to provide a safe, fair, enjoyable, and welcoming gaming environment for all players.
These Game Server Rules apply to players using Chungas World game servers and should be read alongside the Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct.
By joining or using a Chungas World game server, you agree to follow these rules.
Players must treat other players, staff, and members of the community respectfully.
Players must not:
Harass or bully other players.
Intentionally ruin another player's experience.
Repeatedly target or annoy another player.
Use abusive or threatening language.
Deliberately start arguments or cause unnecessary disruption.
Encourage other players to target or harass someone.
Players must play fairly and must not use methods that provide an unfair advantage.
The following are prohibited:
Cheats.
Hacks.
Exploits.
Unauthorised scripts.
Unauthorised software.
Unauthorised modifications that provide an unfair advantage.
Exploiting glitches or bugs for personal gain.
Bypassing intended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
If you discover a serious bug or exploit, report it to Chungas World staff instead of deliberately abusing it.
Players must not deliberately interfere with another player's ability to enjoy the game.
This may include:
Destroying another player's work without permission where the game does not specifically allow it.
Deliberately blocking roads, entrances, spawn areas, or other important locations.
Repeatedly interfering with another player's activities.
Deliberately causing crashes, lag, or other server disruption.
Intentionally disrupting events or organised activities.
Players must not enter areas marked as restricted, staff-only, private, or no-entry unless they have permission from an authorised Chungas World staff member.

Private Access
Keep Out
Government Staff Only
Authorised Personnel Only
Restricted Area
No Entry
Staff Access Only
Ride Area Keep Out
Any other clearly marked restricted area
Players must not attempt to bypass doors, gates, barriers, permissions, or other restrictions.
If you accidentally enter a restricted area, leave immediately.
Unauthorised access may result in enforcement action.
Where a Chungas World server uses roleplay, players are expected to remain in character where appropriate.
Players must not deliberately use out-of-character information to gain an in-game advantage.
Players should follow any additional roleplay rules provided for the specific server or event.
Where applicable, players must use vehicles, buildings, equipment, and other in-game property responsibly.
Players must not:
Deliberately steal or damage another player's property where this is not permitted by the server.
Use vehicles to deliberately disrupt other players.
Deliberately block important areas.
Abuse vehicle or property glitches.
Enter restricted vehicle or property areas without permission.
Specific server rules may provide additional requirements.
Game chat and voice communication must be used appropriately.
Players must not:
Spam.
Flood chat or voice channels.
Use excessive or unnecessary sounds.
Harass other players.
Make serious threats.
Share private information about another person.
Send malicious links or files.
Use communication systems to deliberately disrupt gameplay.
Players must not use Chungas World game servers to advertise or promote unrelated servers, communities, websites, products, or services without permission.
This includes repeated unsolicited advertisements and promotional messages.
Players are responsible for activity carried out through their account where applicable.
Players must not:
Attempt to access another player's account.
Share account information in a way that creates a security risk.
Impersonate another player or staff member.
Use another person's account without permission where prohibited.
Attempt to bypass a restriction by using another account.
Players must not attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of Chungas World game servers.
This includes:
Attempting to gain unauthorised access.
Attempting to bypass server restrictions.
Deliberately causing server crashes or excessive lag.
Attacking or interfering with server systems.
Exploiting security vulnerabilities for personal gain.
Assisting others in bypassing server security.
Security issues should be reported privately to Chungas World staff.
Players must follow reasonable instructions given by authorised Chungas World staff.
If a staff member asks you to leave an area, stop an activity, or follow a server rule, you must comply.
If you believe a staff decision was incorrect, do not argue or disrupt the server. Use the appropriate Chungas World appeals process.
Chungas World may use in-game CCTV, recording, or monitoring systems where applicable to help maintain safety, investigate incidents, enforce rules, and protect the community.
Players should follow the separate Chungas World CCTV & Recording Policy for information about how recording and monitoring is handled.
Players are encouraged to report serious rule violations to Chungas World staff.
Where possible, provide:
Player username.
Date and approximate time.
Location in game.
Description of what happened.
Screenshots, recordings, or other evidence where appropriate.
Do not deliberately make false or misleading reports.
Chungas World may take action when these Game Server Rules are broken.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:
Warning.
Removal from an area.
Removal from an event.
Temporary restriction.
Kick from the server.
Temporary suspension or ban.
Permanent ban.
Removal of access to Chungas World services.
Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
Enforcement decisions may consider the seriousness, frequency, intent, and circumstances of the incident.
If you believe a server punishment was incorrect or unfair, you may submit an appeal where an appeals process is available.
Appeals must be made respectfully and should include relevant information about the punishment.

Repeatedly submitting abusive, misleading, or spam appeals may result in further restrictions.
Individual Chungas World servers, events, or game modes may have additional rules.
Where additional rules are clearly provided, players are expected to follow them.
If a specific server rule conflicts with a general rule, players should follow the specific server rule unless Chungas World staff state otherwise.
Chungas World may update these Game Server Rules when necessary.
Players are responsible for following the current version of the rules.
Continued use of Chungas World game servers after an update indicates acceptance of the current rules.
