Effective Date: 18 August 2026
Chungas World maintains and manages in-game infrastructure, properties, buildings, facilities, shops, homes, attractions, and other areas across the Chungas World community.
This Infrastructure & Property Policy explains how Chungas World may create, modify, relocate, replace, restrict, or remove in-game infrastructure and property where necessary.
Chungas World may change infrastructure over time as the community develops and requirements change.
This policy should be read alongside the Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct, Game Server Rules Policy, Moderation & Enforcement Policy, Appeals Policy, Restricted Areas Policy, Staff Policy, and CCTV & Recording Policy.
For the purposes of this policy, infrastructure may include:
Player homes.
Shops and businesses.
Public buildings.
Roads and pathways.
Parks and public areas.
Ride areas and attractions.
Staff facilities.
Administrative buildings.
Signs and structures.
Security infrastructure.
CCTV installations.
Other in-game structures or facilities operated or managed by Chungas World.
Chungas World may create, modify, relocate, replace, or remove infrastructure where the Admin Team considers it necessary or appropriate.
Changes may be made for reasons including:
The infrastructure is no longer needed.
The infrastructure is no longer being used.
The area is being redesigned.
The infrastructure is outdated.
A better replacement is available.
The infrastructure is causing problems.
The area is required for another purpose.
The infrastructure conflicts with a new development.
Server or game changes require the infrastructure to be changed.
The Admin Team decides that the infrastructure is no longer appropriate for Chungas World.
Chungas World may provide or manage in-game homes where appropriate.
However, Chungas World does not guarantee that every home, housing area, or housing system will remain permanently available.
A home may be removed, relocated, replaced, or retired where it is no longer considered necessary or appropriate.
For example, Chungas World may decide that additional homes are no longer required because the community has sufficient housing or because the purpose of the housing area has changed.
As of July 2025, Chungas World has decided not to create additional homes as part of the normal development of the in-game world.
Existing homes may also be gradually removed, replaced, or redeveloped where they are no longer required or where the space is needed for new Chungas World projects.
The fact that a player requests a new home does not guarantee that a new home will be created.
The Chungas World Admin Team may refuse requests for additional homes where they are not considered necessary.
Chungas World may create, manage, relocate, replace, or remove in-game shops and businesses.
A shop or business may be removed where it is no longer needed, no longer suitable, or where the area is required for another purpose.
The existence of a shop does not guarantee that it will remain permanently available.
Chungas World may also decide not to create additional shops where existing facilities are sufficient.
Chungas World may remove infrastructure that is unused, unnecessary, abandoned, outdated, or no longer serves a useful purpose.
This may include homes, shops, buildings, signs, facilities, or other structures.
The Admin Team may consider the current and future needs of the community when deciding whether infrastructure should remain.
Chungas World may remove an existing structure or facility in order to replace it with something new.
For example, an old home or shop may be removed to make space for:
A new building.
A public area.
A new attraction.
A road or pathway.
A redesigned area.
A new community facility.
Another infrastructure project.
Removal of an existing structure does not necessarily mean that the area will remain empty.
Players may suggest new infrastructure, improvements, homes, shops, facilities, or changes to existing areas.
Suggestions may be considered by the Chungas World Admin Team.
However, submitting a suggestion does not guarantee that Chungas World will make the requested change.
The Admin Team may consider factors such as:
Whether the request is needed.
Available space.
Community demand.
The effect on existing infrastructure.
The purpose of the area.
Server performance or technical limitations.
Future development plans.
Infrastructure placed on Chungas World in-game server land, or created, operated, or managed by Chungas World, remains under the management of Chungas World unless the Admin Team has specifically stated otherwise.
Players must not assume that they have permanent ownership of an in-game structure simply because they use it or have been permitted to use it.
Where a player has been given permission to use a home, shop, building, or other facility, that permission is subject to the current Chungas World rules and policies.
Chungas World may phase out, remove, replace, or redevelop existing homes and infrastructure to make space for future projects. Players are not guaranteed permanent access to any particular in-game property or infrastructure.
Chungas World may remove or relocate infrastructure when necessary.
Where reasonably practical, the Admin Team may provide information about significant planned changes.
However, advance notice cannot always be guaranteed, particularly where immediate action is required for technical, security, moderation, or operational reasons.
Where a property or facility is no longer being used, Chungas World may review whether it should remain available.
An unused property may be:
Removed.
Relocated.
Reassigned.
Rebuilt.
Converted into another facility.
Returned to general Chungas World use.
Some infrastructure may be restricted to authorised staff.
Players must follow the Chungas World Restricted Areas Policy when an infrastructure area is marked Staff Only, Private Access, Keep Out, Ride Area Keep Out, or another restricted-area warning.
Chungas World may temporarily close, restrict, modify, or remove access to infrastructure while maintenance or changes are being carried out.
Players must follow instructions from the Chungas World Admin Team during maintenance or redevelopment.
Chungas World does not guarantee that any particular home, shop, building, facility, attraction, or other infrastructure will remain available permanently.
Infrastructure may change as Chungas World develops.
Players should not rely on an in-game property or facility remaining available indefinitely.
Unless Chungas World has specifically agreed otherwise, removal, relocation, replacement, or redevelopment of Chungas World infrastructure does not automatically create an entitlement to compensation or replacement property.
Where appropriate, the Admin Team may decide to provide an alternative arrangement.
Players must not modify, destroy, move, remove, or interfere with Chungas World infrastructure without permission.
This includes deliberately damaging or removing:
Homes.
Shops.
Buildings.
Signs.
Roads.
Barriers.
CCTV equipment.
Ride infrastructure.
Other Chungas World property.
Unauthorised changes may result in enforcement action.
Authorised Admin Team members may manage Chungas World infrastructure as part of their responsibilities.
Staff must use infrastructure-management permissions responsibly and in accordance with the Chungas World Staff Policy.
Staff must not remove or change infrastructure for personal benefit or because of a personal disagreement with a player.
Chungas World may make immediate infrastructure changes where necessary to address:
Security concerns.
Serious rule violations.
Technical problems.
Server issues.
Safety concerns.
Exploits or glitches.
Major disruption.
Other circumstances requiring immediate action.
Advance notice may not be possible in these circumstances.
Infrastructure decisions are generally management decisions and are not automatically subject to the Chungas World Appeals Policy.
However, where an infrastructure decision is directly connected to a moderation or enforcement action against a member, the member may use the Appeals Policy where an appeal is available.
Questions or concerns about infrastructure decisions may be submitted to Chungas World through the normal contact process.
Chungas World may update this Infrastructure & Property Policy when necessary.
The current version will be made available through the Chungas World website.
Players and members are responsible for following the current version of this policy.
If you have a question, suggestion, or concern about Chungas World infrastructure, homes, shops, buildings, or other in-game property, please contact Chungas World.
