Effective Date: 18 August 2026
Chungas World aims to maintain a safe, fair, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members and players.
This Moderation & Enforcement Policy explains how Chungas World staff may respond to rule violations, inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, and other issues across Chungas World services.
This policy should be read alongside the Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct and Game Server Rules Policy.
This policy applies to members, players, visitors, staff, and other people participating in Chungas World activities or using Chungas World services where applicable.
This may include:
Game servers.
Events.
Community spaces.
Websites.
Forms.
Other platforms operated or managed by Chungas World.
Moderation is used to:
Protect members and staff.
Enforce Chungas World rules.
Prevent harassment, abuse, and disruption.
Maintain fair gameplay.
Protect Chungas World services and systems.
Respond to safety or security concerns.
Maintain a welcoming community.
Moderation decisions are intended to protect the community rather than punish members unnecessarily.
Depending on the circumstances, Chungas World may take one or more of the following actions:
A member may receive a warning when a rule has been broken or when staff believe behaviour needs to change.
A warning may explain:
What rule or concern was identified.
What behaviour needs to stop.
What may happen if the behaviour continues.
Chungas World may remove messages, posts, content, or other material that breaks our rules or creates a safety or security concern.
A member may be removed from a particular area, event, activity, or session where necessary.
A player may be removed from a game server when immediate removal is considered appropriate.
Access to a Chungas World service, feature, area, or activity may be temporarily restricted.
A member may temporarily lose access to Chungas World services or community spaces.
A member may be permanently removed from a Chungas World service or community where the circumstances justify permanent action.
Some behaviour may result in immediate enforcement without a prior warning.
Examples may include:
Serious threats.
Serious harassment or bullying.
Hate speech or discriminatory behaviour.
Deliberate attempts to compromise server security.
Hacking or unauthorised access attempts.
Serious cheating or exploitation.
Deliberately causing major disruption to Chungas World services.
Unauthorised access to restricted areas where the circumstances are serious.
Sharing another person's private information.
Repeatedly breaking rules after previous enforcement.
Any other behaviour that presents a serious risk to the community or Chungas World services.
Repeatedly breaking Chungas World rules may result in increasingly serious enforcement action.
For example:
Warning → Further restriction → Temporary suspension/ban → Permanent ban
This is only an example. Chungas World does not have to follow this exact sequence.
A serious incident may result in a stronger action immediately.
Authorised Chungas World staff may consider the circumstances of each incident when deciding what action is appropriate.
Factors may include:
The seriousness of the incident.
Whether the behaviour was intentional.
The impact on other members.
Previous warnings or enforcement.
Whether the member cooperated with staff.
Whether the member attempted to correct the behaviour.
Any relevant evidence available to staff.
Similar incidents may receive different outcomes where the circumstances are different.
Chungas World staff may investigate reports and suspected rule violations.
Evidence may include:
Player reports.
Screenshots.
Video recordings.
Server logs.
Chat or voice records where available and applicable.
Information submitted through Chungas World forms.
Other relevant information available to authorised staff.
Evidence should be considered fairly and responsibly.
Chungas World may temporarily restrict access while an investigation is taking place where necessary to protect the community or an investigation.
Members must not deliberately submit false, misleading, or malicious reports against another person.
Making false reports may itself result in enforcement action.
This does not prevent members from making genuine reports where they are unsure about what happened.
Chungas World staff are expected to:
Act professionally.
Treat members respectfully.
Avoid unnecessary personal arguments.
Keep relevant information confidential.
Use their moderation powers responsibly.
Avoid using staff powers for personal reasons.
Follow Chungas World policies and instructions.
Staff members may also be subject to internal review where concerns are raised about their conduct.
Where reasonably possible, staff should avoid handling cases where they have a significant personal conflict of interest.
Another authorised staff member may review or handle the matter where appropriate.
Chungas World may temporarily restrict a member's access while investigating a serious incident.
This may be necessary to:
Protect other members.
Prevent further disruption.
Protect evidence.
Prevent interference with an investigation.
Protect Chungas World systems.
Temporary action during an investigation does not necessarily mean that a final decision has been made.
Where an appeals process is available, members may appeal certain moderation decisions.
Appeals should:
Be submitted through the appropriate Chungas World contact or appeals process.
Clearly explain why the decision should be reconsidered.
Include relevant information or evidence.
Be submitted respectfully.
Repeated abusive, misleading, or spam appeals may result in further restrictions.

Unauthorised entry into areas marked Staff Only, Private Access, Keep Out, Government Staff Only, Authorised Personnel Only, Restricted Area, No Entry, Staff Access Only, Ride Area Keep Out, or similar restrictions may result in enforcement action.
The action taken will depend on the circumstances and seriousness of the incident.
Moderation information and personal information will be handled in accordance with the Chungas World Data Collection & Privacy Policy.
Information collected during moderation or investigations will only be accessed or used by authorised people where reasonably necessary.
Chungas World does not guarantee that a particular rule violation will always result in a specific punishment.
Staff may consider the circumstances and seriousness of each individual case.
Chungas World may also take action for behaviour that is not specifically listed in these policies where the behaviour creates a serious safety, security, or community concern.
Chungas World may update this Moderation & Enforcement Policy when necessary.
The current version will be made available through the Chungas World website.
Members are responsible for following the current policies while using Chungas World services.
If you have questions about moderation or enforcement, or need to raise a concern about a moderation decision, please contact Chungas World.
