Effective Date: 18 August 2026
Chungas World uses restricted areas to protect players, staff, attractions, facilities, equipment, and other areas that are not intended for general access.
This Restricted Areas Policy explains which areas may be restricted, who may enter them, what players must do when they encounter a restricted area, and what may happen if someone enters without permission.
This policy applies throughout Chungas World, including Coasters Park and other Chungas World locations, servers, events, and activities.
This policy should be read alongside the Chungas World Community Rules & Code of Conduct, Game Server Rules Policy, Moderation & Enforcement Policy, Appeals Policy, CCTV & Recording Policy, and Staff Policy.
A restricted area is an area that players are not permitted to enter unless they have been given permission by an authorised Chungas World Admin Team member or unless the area is specifically intended for their use.
Restricted areas may be identified using signs, barriers, doors, gates, markings, announcements, or other instructions.
Players should treat clearly marked restricted areas as off-limits even if there is no physical barrier preventing entry.
Restricted areas may use signs or markings including:
Staff Only.
Private Access.
Keep Out.
Authorised Personnel Only.
Restricted Area.
No Entry.
Staff Access Only.
Ride Area Keep Out.
Any other clearly marked restricted-area warning.
The wording or appearance of a sign may vary depending on the location or attraction.
Coasters Park may contain areas that are restricted because they are part of, next to, or connected to amusement rides and attractions.
Areas marked with signs such as “Ride Area Keep Out” must not be entered unless the player has been specifically authorised to enter that area.
This includes areas such as:
Ride tracks.
Behind-the-scenes ride areas.
Ride operating areas.
Maintenance areas.
Ride access areas.
Staff access areas.
Areas behind ride barriers or gates.
Areas marked “Ride Area Keep Out”.
Any other area clearly identified as being restricted to ride staff or authorised personnel.
Players must remain within designated guest areas and must not enter ride operating or restricted areas.
Ride areas may contain moving vehicles, tracks, machinery, equipment, barriers, or other features that are not intended for normal player access.
Players must not enter restricted ride areas simply because they appear accessible or because there is no physical barrier.
The purpose of these restrictions is to help maintain safe and orderly operation of Chungas World attractions.
Areas marked Staff Only, Staff Access Only, or similar are reserved for authorised Chungas World staff.
Players must not enter these areas without permission.
Staff-only areas may include:
Staff rooms.
Administration areas.
Control areas.
Ride operation areas.
Maintenance areas.
Security areas.
Storage areas.
Other areas designated for staff use.
Areas marked Private Access are not available for general player access.
Players must not enter, remain in, or attempt to access a Private Access area unless they have permission from an authorised member of the Chungas World Admin Team.
Following another player or staff member into a Private Access area does not automatically give permission to enter.
Players must follow signs stating Keep Out, No Entry, Restricted Area, or similar instructions.
Players must not deliberately ignore these signs or enter the area simply because access appears possible.
Players must not bypass physical or in-game restrictions protecting a restricted area.
This includes attempting to:
Climb over barriers.
Go around barriers.
Open restricted gates without permission.
Enter through restricted doors.
Use vehicles to bypass barriers.
Use glitches to bypass restrictions.
Use unintended game mechanics to gain access.
Follow another person through a restricted entrance without permission.
If you accidentally enter a restricted area, you should leave immediately.
Accidental entry will not necessarily result in enforcement action where the player immediately leaves and has not deliberately attempted to access the area.
If a staff member instructs you to leave a restricted area, you must follow the instruction.
Deliberately entering a restricted area without permission is prohibited.
This includes entering an area after seeing a warning sign, being told not to enter, or otherwise knowing that the area is restricted.
Repeatedly entering restricted areas after being warned may result in stronger enforcement action.
Chungas World CCTV may be used to monitor certain restricted areas where appropriate.
The CCTV system does not automatically record or store footage.
An authorised Chungas World Admin Team member may manually record a CCTV view when reasonably necessary to investigate an incident or suspected rule violation, in accordance with the Chungas World CCTV & Recording Policy.
The presence of CCTV does not change the requirement to follow restricted-area rules.
Additional restricted areas may be created during Chungas World events, activities, or special occasions.
Players must follow temporary signs, barriers, announcements, or instructions from authorised staff.
Temporary restrictions may be introduced for reasons including:
Event management.
Ride operations.
Maintenance.
Server activities.
Security.
Staff operations.
Other legitimate Chungas World purposes.
Authorised Chungas World Admin Team members may enter restricted areas where necessary to perform their staff responsibilities.
Staff access does not give staff permission to use restricted areas for personal benefit or unfair gameplay advantages.
Staff members must follow the Chungas World Staff Policy when using staff access.
Players must not help another person gain unauthorised access to a restricted area.
This includes:
Opening restricted doors or gates for unauthorised players.
Showing players how to bypass restrictions.
Using vehicles or other objects to help someone enter.
Using glitches to create access.
Deliberately leaving a restricted entrance open so others can enter.
Players must not use bugs, glitches, exploits, or unintended game mechanics to enter restricted areas.
If a player discovers a method that appears to bypass a restricted area, they should report it to the Chungas World Admin Team rather than deliberately abusing it.
Chungas World may take enforcement action when a player deliberately or repeatedly enters a restricted area without permission.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include:
A warning.
Instruction to leave the area.
Removal from the area.
Removal from an event or activity.
Temporary restriction.
Kick from the server.
Temporary suspension or ban.
Permanent ban.
Serious or deliberate attempts to bypass restricted-area security may result in immediate enforcement without a prior warning.
When deciding what action is appropriate, Chungas World may consider:
Whether the entry was accidental or deliberate.
Whether the area was clearly marked.
Whether the player had previously been warned.
Whether barriers or other restrictions were deliberately bypassed.
Whether glitches or exploits were used.
Whether the player refused to leave.
Whether other players were encouraged to enter.
Whether the incident caused disruption or damage.
The player's previous relevant enforcement history.
Players can report suspected unauthorised access to a restricted area to the Chungas World Admin Team.
Where possible, reports should include:
The player's username.
The location.
The approximate date and time.
What happened.
Screenshots, recordings, or other evidence where appropriate.
Players should not deliberately make false or misleading reports.
Where enforcement action has been taken under this policy, the affected player may use the Chungas World Appeals Policy where an appeal is available.
Appeals: www.chungasworld.co.uk/contact
Accidental entry into a restricted area should be explained clearly in an appeal where relevant.
Chungas World may update this Restricted Areas Policy when necessary.
The current version will be made available through the Chungas World website.
Players and members are responsible for following the current version of this policy.
If you have questions about restricted areas, Coasters Park ride areas, or would like to report an issue with a restricted area, please contact Chungas World.
